This is not a party cottage. Groups of adults, or additional day/overnight guests are not permitted and will result in breach of booking agreement, immediate removal from the property without refund and loss of Security Deposit.

Located only 1 mile from the main town, the Highland Oaks cottage rental has a vast landscape with a huge private beach - we are not* a resort with string of cabins side-by-side. This is a privately owned cottage on it's own private lakefront property. The huge beach is all yours!

The Cottage comes fully equipped inside and out, including multiple boats! You will have 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for your entire stay. There is a fire pit on the beach and wood is provided. The BBQ also has a filled propane tank. Everything is set to go!

Additionally, the privacy is impeccable; you're surrounded by tall, lush evergreens and located at the end of a dead end dirt road (there are only 3 cottages on this road).
