How do we book/secure the rental?

To secure your rental we ask that you mail a cheque or send an eTransfer for $900. Send us a booking request here

*The remaining balance is due 30-days prior to your check-in.

 

Are there any other Fees?

No - there are no other fees.

 

Are there any Pet Fees?

Sorry, no pets due to allergies in our family & families who re-rent with us who have allergies.

What is the Security Deposit?

$300 deposit you pay in cash at check-in.

 

This is fully refundable back to you (in cash) at check-out, once the cottage keys are returned and there are no damages. Please leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it (ie, dishes clean and put away, garbage collected and in bags, floors swept/vacuumed etc..). If there are any damages, it will be taken from the deposit.

*PLEASE NOTE: with the new covid guidelines, additional guests/visitors and parties/events are not permitted.

: If additional people were inside the cottage, on the property or using the amenities, it will end your rental contract with us resulting in an immediate removal from the property (without refund) and you forfeit the $300 Security Deposit.

: Only the names on your rental agreement (that you confirmed with us) are permitted.

 

When is Check-in & Check-out?

Check-in is Saturday between 2:30pm & 3:00pm only.

*You must arrive by 3:00pm (unless previously arranged) or there will be a late fee of $25.00 per half hour you are late. This is our family's weekend too, so please arrive on time.

Check-out is Saturday between 8am & 10:30am.

You must be checked-out and have returned the cottage keys before 10:30am.

*A $25.00 late fee applies at 10:31am. Our cleaners come in at 10:31am, in order to keep their schedule for the properties they are cleaning that day.

 

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, no pets. (There are pet allergies in our family. We also guarantee a pet-free cottage for the families who also have allergies)

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 30 day notice required to receive a refund (minus a $100 administration/booking fee) once the cottage re-books.

​

*please note: if notice is given after April 1st it is significantly harder for us to re-book because most families have already secured their vacations by this time. If the cottage doesn't re-book then there is no refund.
